AdoptionProfiles.ca is a service offering design consulting and development for individuals wishing to create an adoption profile for domestic private adoption.  Adoption Connections.ca is a website allowing couples to register their intent to prospective birth parents to adopt domestically in Canada.  AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca are not affiliated with any individual licensees or agency nor do we endorse them.  We are not a substitute for legal or other professional help.  We are not an adoption agency or adoption facilitator; nor do we involve ourselves in specific adoptions between prospective matches.

All links and blogs on our two websites AdoptionProfiles.ca and AdoptionConnections.ca are independent of AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca and we hold no responsibility to the content of these websites.  All communication on the website, links, and personal communication may not be applicable to all geographical locations or specific circumstances and it is agreed this communication is subjective in nature. All information listed directly on our website excluding links is of a personal nature or opinion and should be considered non-authorative.  Personal stories on our site may not be typical of other adoption results.

AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca expects that the clients using our services have completed a valid home study in their jurisdiction and engaging our services or presenting their profiles on our website do not violate any applicable laws.  Clients agree that any material presented in their profile that is created by us does not violate any intellectual property or similar right of a third party.  AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca has the right to remove any information on our websites that we consider might be provided by registrants as false or misleading.  It is the responsibility of clients to consult with their adoption lawyer or licensee before using our services.  AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca make no claims nor accepts any responsibility to the quality of the people using our services or their ability to be good parents.  AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca also disclaims any liability resulting from a birth parent selecting an adoptive parent through our profile or website registry on the prospective parents’ registry for either site..

Material provided to AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca, including photographs and written word, for the purpose of creating a profile gives AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca the right to reproduce and modify the materials for the display in the profile, web or blog link of that specific client.  AdoptionProfiles.ca ensures that the privacy of the clients, which employ their services, will be kept confidential except if requested to cooperate with local, provincial or federal investigation in any unlawful activities in your name.

AdoptionProfiles.ca may use profiles created of all clients after an adoption match has been made for the purpose of display to potential clients.  AdoptionProfiles.ca agrees not to give any potential clients actual possession of any profiles of other clients, nor will they discuss the specifics of any information that may be confidential or harmful.  AdoptionProfiles.ca also permits the design company Kiwibcreative the right to use profiles as part of their design profile for jobs not relating to adoption.  Again, specifics and personal information will not be disclosed.  Profiles created through the scrap booking option are not confidential as they are transferred through the web and AdoptionProfiles.ca accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the confidentiality of clients who use the services of any digital scrap booking on-line program AdoptionProfile.ca decides to use.  However, AdoptionProfiles will do their best to protect the confidentiality of all clients to the best of their ability.

AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca also accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the confidentiality of clients who register on the websites.

AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca services accept no liability for the interruption or termination of our website or services at anytime without notice.  AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca may remove any client from the on-line registry at anytime without notice for whatever reason.

The content of the websites is for your general information and use only.  It is subject to change without notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca and its and their parents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers’ or licensees’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca or related service, the violation of these Terms of Use by you or the infringement by you, of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

In the event that any provision of the Terms of Use conflicts with the law under which the Terms of Use are to be construed of if any such provisions are held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties of the Terms of Use, such as provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law and the remainder of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca makes and you receive no warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca, its contents, product, or any other materials, information, resources, or services provided directly or indirectly by AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca in connection with the use of their website or related services and products.  Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca accepts no responsibility for the files created by AdoptionProfiles.ca once they have left our domain out of request of the client owning the files.

The failure of either party to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other party of any provision of the Terms of Use or to exercise any right under the Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance, rather, the same will be and remain in full force and effect.  AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Use and upon such assignment AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca may be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.  You may assign any of your rights or obligations arising under these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca.  These Terms of Use constitute the entire understanding between the parties as to subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

You agree to keep paid total invoices directed to you or unpaid members will be removed from website registries belonging to both AdoptionProfiles.ca/AdoptionConnections.ca.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, logistic and provincial and federal requirements.
